(She has known six of the girls since pre-school. Her buddy, Breanna, is also in the troop, but not in the picture.)
Em has enjoyed another year of being a Daisy in Girl Scouts. This year, we unfortunately missed many a meeting due to conflicting schedules. But, she did have fun and has decided to continue with Girl Scouts next year. She went through the bridging ceremony to become a Brownie. They received flowers and ate cookies to celebrate!

okay, so i love GS for many reasons especially when they have good friends with them. it's empowering for girls to know that they are with girls who have the same morals and are supporting each other in their "good" choices to protect the enviroment and help others.
i can see by sweet emmy's face that she loves this! so we are so happy. isa did it all the way up to brownies - but then as you know, life gets busy and we couldn't do it all. BUT she loved her experiences as i'm sure sweet emmy will.
